The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the bustling Yumbo centre where you could find shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It was so convenient to be close to everything and have everything within walking distance. the bungalows were spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Some guests mentioned that the staff at the reception were unwelcoming, which could be off-putting for future guests.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right across from the lively Jumbo centre. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always ensuring my comfort. The hotel amenities were impressive, from the inviting outdoor swimming pool to the relaxing sun terrace. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony and terrace for enjoying the views. this place provided the utmost comfort and quality service, truly exceeding my expectations.

Great location in the centre of Playa del Ingles, close to the Yumbo centre and shopping centre. Cleanliness of the hotel and well-maintained facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection.
